Evos, a leading independent European provider of storage infrastructure for liquid energy and chemicals, has announced that Igneo Infrastructure Partners (Igneo) intends to enter into an agreement to sell 100% of the shares in Evos B.V. to Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ).

Evos has been owned by investment funds managed by Igneo since 2019. Under that ownership, its development has focused on creating a leading tank storage platform with a presence in key European liquid bulk hubs. The proposed transaction follows a competitive sale process. APSEZ is a strategic investor aligned with Evos’ existing growth strategy.

The transaction is subject to the applicable Dutch employee consultation procedures and relevant regulatory approval.
