Hefring Marine, a global leader in marine technology and vessel intelligence systems, is announcing a significant new partnership with Blue Pass. Also known as NeoNautica, Blue Pass is a prominent, government backed organization in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This collaboration marks a key step in expanding Hefring Marine’s footprint within the Arabian Gulf region.

Motive Offshore Group, which specializes in rental, inspection and engineering equipment for the energy sector, announces its acquisition of Aquatic, a global leader in laying and retrieving flexible products from the seabed, previously owned by marine energy and infrastructure services company Acteon.
