MGE Energy Increases Dividend for 51st Consecutive Year

 

MADISON, Wis.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Board of Directors of MGE Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: MGEE), today approved a 7.0% increase in the company’s regular quarterly dividend to $0.5083 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable September 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 1, 2026. The increase raises MGE Energy’s annualized dividend rate to $2.0332 per share and marks the company’s 51st consecutive year of dividend increases.
