Reach Subsea has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Beacon Offshore Ltd., establishing a strategic partnership to jointly pursue subsea projects in Australian waters.

Under the agreement, the parties will collaborate exclusively to market, tender for, and execute subsea projects in Australia, combining Reach Subsea’s engineering and technology offering with vessel capabilities provided by Beacon Offshore.

A key element of the partnership is access to two DPII offshore vessels, “GO Explorer” and “GO Supporter”, enabling Reach Subsea to expand its operational footprint and service offering in the region.

The vessels are already equipped for subsea operations and have valid Australian Safety Cases, supporting immediate deployment in the market.

Jostein Alendal, CEO of Reach Subsea ASA stated” This agreement builds on our continuously strengthening presence in Australia and represents an important step in scaling our operations in the region. By combining our engineering and technology capabilities with high-quality vessel capacity, we are well positioned to pursue a broader range of opportunities across subsea, survey and monitoring.
