FleetVision delivers continuous, AI-powered visual analytics that help crews and shore teams identify and address risks early, before they can become incidents. Alongside periodic inspections and superintendent visits, the platform gives managers a representative, around-the-clock picture of what actually happens on board, while keeping the focus on prevention and supporting the crew.
Stealth approached the technology as a decision to make with its seafarers. Stealth brought crews into the decision early, introducing FleetVision at an officers’ conference where more than 85% said they would welcome the system and use it to improve. As the pilot progressed, crews began using FleetVision as part of daily safety awareness, reviewing flagged events, validating detections, and using the insights to reinforce onboard standards. Safety benchmarks improved across the vessels, with PPE compliance among the first and fastest areas to advance.
The results also reshaped how Stealth demonstrates its safety performance to external stakeholders. During TMSA audits, the company can present a transparent, continuous stream of operational evidence rather than relying solely on procedures and reports. This gives oil majors a more representative view of onboard operations. Over the past year, Stealth’s use of FleetVision has been noted positively in oil-major vetting and TMSA-related reviews, helping to demonstrate a proactive, evidence-based approach to safety and operational oversight.

Stealth has also worked with ShipIn to tailor the platform to its own safety management system, adding new detection capabilities across the fleet within weeks of requesting them. The company expanded FleetVision in two stages, citing crew response, stakeholder reactions, and the level of support provided by ShipIn’s team during installation, commissioning, onboarding, and daily operations.
