EnerMech has successfully completed a pipeline flushing and cleaning work scope for Subsea7 as part of an offshore field decommissioning program in the Gulf of Mexico.
The scope covered flushing and cleaning of a long-distance deepwater oil export pipeline, supporting safe and compliant decommissioning and abandonment activities. Execution was delivered through a tightly engineered offshore plan designed to meet all regulatory and environmental requirements.
Under the scope, EnerMech delivered an integrated solution incorporating high-pressure pumping, hydrocarbon filtration, and vessel-based operations. Residual hydrocarbons were safely displaced from the pipeline, achieving verified hydrocarbon-free status in line with environmental standards.
