Daniamant, a global leader in marine safety and navigation equipment, announces significant upgrades to its widely adopted ML-100, ML-200, and ML-300 marker lights. The enhanced ML series now offers substantially higher light intensity, extended battery lifetime, and introduces a new green light version alongside the existing white, yellow, and red options.

For years, the ML-100, ML-200, and ML-300 have served as de-facto industry standard marker lights across the marine, offshore, and aquaculture sectors. The latest improvements further strengthen their capabilities and reputation for reliability, durability, and performance in demanding environments. The ML-100, ML-200 and ML-300 share the same ML-EL Light Unit which are programmable to any IALA flash code and with daylight setting.

The upgraded marker lights deliver increased luminous output, enhancing visibility in low-light and adverse weather conditions. This improvement supports safer navigation, clearer hazard marking, and improved identification of structures and assets at sea. The maximum Peak Intensity is now as high as: White @ 86 cd, Yellow @ 40 cd, Red @ 31 cd and Green@ 62 cd.

Through optimized power management and improved energy efficiency, the new ML models also offer extended operational time. Longer battery life reduces maintenance frequency, lowers total cost of ownership, and ensures consistent performance in remote or hard-to-access installations. The ML-100 battery lifetime can now be up to 85 days (Green 6cd @ 20o Celsius) and for the ML-200 up to 600 days (Green 6cd @ 20o Celsius).

Expanding the application possibilities of the ML series, the new green light version has been introduced in response to evolving market requirements and regulatory frameworks. It complements the existing white, yellow, and red variants, providing customers with greater flexibility for navigation marking, aquaculture sites, offshore wind farms, ports, and other marine applications.

“The enhanced ML-100, ML-200, and ML-300 marker lights continue to set the benchmark for reliability, visibility, and operational efficiency in the global marine sector,” said Kevin Rough, CEO at Daniamant. These latest marker light upgrades reflect our commitment to delivering robust, high-performance solutions that meet the highest industry standards across diverse applications.”
