NMEA is excited to introduce a Commercial Marine Electronics Installer Training class. This class focuses on specific electronics typically installed on commercial vessels, including commercial fishing, brown water tugs, supply vessels, and law enforcement & pilot vessels.

We invite commercial installers and technicians from the Gulf and inland river systems to join us at the NMEA Conference on Friday October 2, Dallas/Rockwall Texas, at the Hilton Hotel beginning at 8AM Central Time.

The second Commercial Installer training will be held virtual/live 2 weeks after the Workboat show in New Orleans. This is on December 16, 9AM Eastern Time.

“NMEA is answering the requests and excited serve this important commercial market, where the only training is manufacturer specific and on the job training, said Mark Reedenauer, NMEA President. This commercial installer training is non-manufacturer specific, which covers the best industry practices for important topics, such as proper cable connections, as this is a common failure point of many systems.” Reedenauer added.
