ACV Enviro has launched additions to their marine fleet with multi-use deck barges and workboats, in various sizes, each custom-equipped to respond to their growing East Coast customer’s inland and open-water vessel needs.
The ACV Enviro team has been servicing major shipping companies, tug and barge operators, port authorities, Department of Defense and Transportation for nearly fifty years and this expansion reflects the increase in demand from old and new customers for the ACV Enviro marine team.
“We are thrilled to add to our fleet and to our customer roster,” said Paul Rutherford, Director of National Response Readiness and Marine Operations. “Working in a marine environment is always a challenge, to any company, but with our vast experience in end-to-end environmental services – plus our extensive fleet of land (vacuum and vactor trucks, containment boom) and marine equipment, we are prepared to continue to support or conduct any marine focused environmental project or vessel-assist activity needed on the water.”
ACV Enviro holds U.S. Coast Guard Mobile Marine Transfer Facility permits for various COTP zones throughout the Northeast, owns and operates U.S. Coast Guard-approved liquid vacuum trucks in conjunction with vactor and roll-off trucks and trailers, containment booms, high capacity centrifugal and diaphragm pumps, hydraulic submersible pumps, hoses and a variety of ancillary equipment.
