The fishing company Bluewild is expanding its fleet with a new factory trawler designed by Ulstein Design & Solutions AS. Gentle handling of the catch and the lowest possible energy consumption have been important elements in the design development. The trawler will be built at Westcon Yards.

A customized Damen Cutter Suction Dredger 450 has been delivered to the Russian Arctic region on time, despite a very tight schedule and the extremely remote location. The new CSD has to perform various capital dredging projects within the ice-free, short time window available.

Damen Shipyards Hardinxveld has delivered a Damen Crane Vessel 1804 WN25 to the “bagger en drijfvuil” (dredging and floating debris) department of Waternet Amsterdam, the organization responsible to delivering fresh water and associated management services to 1.3 million people in and around Amsterdam.

The world’s largest ethane carrier was named as the ‘Pacific INEOS Belstaff’ in a ceremony in Houston on Thursday, after the iconic Belstaff clothing brand, which is also owned by INEOS.  The new ship joins INEOS’s growing carrier fleet and was primarily built to transport US ethane both to China and Europe.
