Maersk Drilling has been awarded contracts with Shell for the provision of the 7th generation drillship Maersk Voyager for drilling services offshore multiple countries.

At the Nor-Shipping trade fair, DNV presented Knutsen NYK Carbon Carriers (KNCC) with an Approval in Principle (AiP) for their new PCO2 tank system for the transportation of liquefied CO2 (LCO2). KNCC is a new joint venture company established by the Knutsen Group and the NYK Group to provide CO2 transportation and storage solutions. W&T Offshore, Inc. has acquired the remaining working interests in the oil and gas producing properties purchased earlier this year from an undisclosed private seller. The transaction had an effective date and closing date of April 1, 2022. Cash consideration of approximately $17.5 million was paid to the seller using cash on hand.
