Prior to Rebellion, he was the Vice President of Finance at Gastar Exploration Inc. and Financial Planning Manager at PetroPoint Energy Partners LP. Throughout his career, Mr. Determann gained extensive experience working for both public and private companies and has managed relationships with various investors.
