The delivery of the ‘Ilshin Green Iris’, the world’s first LNG-fueled bulk carrier, has been announced. The vessel was constructed at Hyundai Mipo Dockyard (HMD) in Korea for Ilshin Logistics and is the result of a project, announced in July 2016, to develop the first in a new generation of environmentally-friendly LNG-fueled bulk carriers.

Global e-navigation leader NAVTOR and Weathernews inc.(WNI), the world's largest private weather service company, have signed a collaboration agreement. Deep Sea Mooring (DSM) and Vryhof Anchors, both Vryhof businesses, have secured a contract to provide full-scale mooring and anchoring services to Australian energy company Cooper Energy.
