Siccar Point Energy (“Siccar Point”) announces that on March 28, 2018, a Sale and Purchase Agreement was signed with Shell UK Limited (“Shell”) under which Shell will acquire a 30% non-operated working interest in UKCS licenses P1028 and P1189 (incorporating the Cambo discovery) and a 22.5% non-operated working interest in P1830 (including the Blackrock prospect), both located 125 km north-west of the Shetland Islands.

Sea Machines Robotics, a Boston-based developer of autonomous vessel technology, announces that it has hired Peter Hjarbaek Holm, European Director, to manage its new Hamburg, Germany, office. In the position, Holm has primary responsibility for deployment of the company’s Sea Machines 300 technology in Europe, connecting with vessel builders and operators, as well as hiring and managing a local team.
