Saipem has been awarded three new contracts by TotalEnergies EP Angola Block 20, a subsidiary of TotalEnergies, for the Kaminho project relating to the development of Cameia and Golfinho oil fields, located approximately 100 km off the coast of Angola. The overall amount of the contracts is 3.7 billion USD.

Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. announced that it has executed a two-year contract extension with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Occidental, in the US Gulf of Mexico for the Ocean BlackHawk, commencing in November 2024 in direct continuation of the rig’s current contract. This contract extension represents approximately $350 million dollars of additional backlog, excluding any managed pressure drilling services, and replaces the one-year priced option that was agreed in May 2023. Anadarko retains three one-year unpriced options.

PETRONAS E&P Bobara Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of PETRONAS, has signed a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) for the Bobara Working Area located at the offshore of West Papua, Eastern Indonesia. PETRONAS has been awarded the Bobara Working Area with a total acreage of 8,444.49 square kilometers during the third round of Indonesia Petroleum Bid Round 2023.
