Eni has successfully started production of Phase 2 from the Baleine field, marking a crucial step in the development of the Côte d'Ivoire’s offshore. Thanks to this milestone, production will reach 60,000 barrels of oil per day and 70 million cubic feet of associated gas (equivalent to 2 million cubic meters).

Subsea7 announces the award of a sizeable contract by Turkish Petroleum Offshore Technology Center AS (TP-OTC) to provide inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM) services for the Sakarya gas field development in the Black Sea. 

Energy services provider Expro has been awarded a contract valued at over $10 million for the provision of a well decommissioning solution. The solution combines subsea safety systems and surface processing design to enable both safe entry to the well and effective management of well fluids.

Petrobras has signed a 175-day addendum to Fugro’s current inspection, repair and maintenance services contract, performed by the Fugro Aquarius, to include fully remote subsea inspection surveys of shallow-water infrastructure in Brazil.
