Jan De Nul Group has signed a preferred supplier agreement with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) for the installation of about 90 km of subsea high-voltage export cables. Those cables will bring wind energy generated at the Fengmiao I wind farm ashore. Fengmiao I is the eighth wind farm in Taiwan where Jan De Nul Group is contributing to.

Philly Shipyard ASA (PHLY) has entered into a share purchase agreement (the SPA) with both Hanwha Systems and Hanwha Ocean (together Hanwha), for the purchase of Philly Shipyard, Inc. (PSI), the sole operating subsidiary of PHLY (the Transaction). The Transaction will result in the Company selling all of its business against receiving a cash consideration of US$100 million (the Purchase Price).

ClassNK has issued an Approval in Principle (AiP) for a design concept of the hydrogen-fueled engine compatible 5,000 KL oil tanker with electric propulsion system developed by UYENO TRANSTECH LTD., YANMAR POWER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., and Mitsui E&S Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. This is the world’s first AiP certification for the design of an oil tanker using liquefied hydrogen as a fuel.
