Delmar Systems, a global leader in offshore mooring and anchor technology, proudly celebrated the delivery of its 11,000th anchor at a special event on December 4th.

The milestone anchor was purchased by Van Oord, a renowned marine contractor, marking another chapter in the strong partnership between the two companies. To make the occasion even more special, Delmar Systems welcomed Sinterklaas as the honorary host of the event, bringing festive cheer to the celebration.

The event took place at the RHB Rotterdam terminal, where the 11,000th anchor was officially handed over to Van Oord representatives. Also present were 18 additional anchors recently ordered by Van Oord, further underlining the continued cooperation between the two industry leaders.

The celebration opened with remarks from Leopoldo Bello, Delmar Systems’ Chief Commercial Office (CCO), who highlighted the company’s journey from its humble beginnings to this remarkable achievement.
