CSA Ocean Sciences (CSA), an international provider of marine environmental services, has announced they are joining forces with MMT, an international provider of superior technical geophysical and survey services for the offshore Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, and Interconnector industries. The strategic alliance will provide combined services for the Americas offshore markets.
Mr. Kevin Peterson, CSA’s Chief Executive Officer stated that, “The combined offerings from MMT and CSA delivers a comprehensive solution for operators looking for integrated services that provide a one stop, value added solution for engineering, planning, and regulatory requirements.”
MMT and CSA plan to offer combined geophysical/geotechnical and environmental services on a high specification survey vessel. The vessel will be available to support the Americas region, from offshore windfarms in the northeastern United States through the Carribean and Gulf of Mexico and into Central America. Nils Ingvarson, MMT’s Chief Commercial Officer stated that, “Our two companies are known for our high quality and focused expertise in our fields, and our goal is to provide our clients with fit for purpose work products and high confidence that we will meet our budgets and schedules.”
